Shortly, all 50 States, under the directive of the Obama Administration’s Department of Homeland Security, will be required to federalize their driver’s licenses, effectively converting what was a uniquely, “local” state drivers’ license into what amounts to a “National ID Card”—or, as some opponents to the concept during the Clinton years called it, “a United States Internal Passport.”
REAL I.D. was enacted in 2005, to make it more difficult for people who are not citizens, to secure a state-issued driver’s license. The law takes effect in May, 2011. At that time, every State will be required to create a drivers’ license that conforms to new federal “standards.”
In short: REAL I.D. allows the government to convert your state issued drivers’ license into a…Nazi/Communist-style National Identification Card, with all the scary attributes of an Internal Passport like people in Nazi/Communist-Europe were required to carry.
When did that happen here? It happened in 2005, when you were more concerned about terrorists than civil liberties. Congress passed the Real ID Act on May 11, 2005, which created new bio-metric national standards for state-issued drivers’ licenses. The new law also requires those who do not drive to have a state-issued “non-driver” ID card.
Not just the federal government, but states will be able to quickly (at a moment’s notice!) share 18 different points of private information about you, personally.
The controversial 2005 bill designed to create national standards for driver’s licenses is doing far more than that, according to a report released last week by the Center for Immigration Studies. The report, authored by Janice Kephart, Director of National Security Policy at CIS, offered an update on the implementation status of the Real ID Act in each state. The results were frightening. “Real ID is alive and well and it is being implemented,” Kephart said. Most states are already compliant well before the deadline. Personal data about you has already been taken and it has been stored in a dossier about you.
…the impetus for REAL ID stemmed from recommendations from the 9/11 Commission, although the standards established by the 9/11 Commission have already been repealed. REAL ID requires State driver’s license authorities to use more stringent measures to verify Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses, proof of citizenship and immigration status. The act prescribes 18 separate security controls that States are now required to use when issuing driver’s licenses.
And this information will be available to law enforcement officials in all other States. If you were stopped in any State for speeding, the police in that State can “read” the database assigned to your card and virtually “share your information” over the Internet with any other government agency in any state. The presumptions of “unreasonable search” are gone forever, since any semblance of real privacy ceases to exist when REAL ID goes into effect.
In addition to some First Amendment concerns, the REAL ID Act violates the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, because driver’s license, as such, should come under state laws, not the laws of the federal government. It violates the Tenth Amendment in reference to state powers and obliterates the states’ dual sovereignty with the federal government.

How many times have you recently read about hackers stealing information on thousands of people from credit card company databases? Now, ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AT RISK!
The REAL ID Act implementation will make it much easier for the federal government to track every American—which is the purpose for it under the REAL ID Act. This is an outright invasion of your privacy. You must tell your Member of Congress this. We need to make sure that those in Congress understand that you object to government having more information than they absolutely need to know to tax you, or to send you a check. Anything else is not their business. We must do everything that we can to invalidate the May 11, 2011 “peeper deadline,” when the Department of Homeland Security and the Commerce Department will begin to amass a database on every American, something that they were previously forbidden from legally having.
Eventually, READ ID-compliant cards will be REQUIRED for air travel, access to federal buildings, and even for receiving federal benefits, such as Social Security. A Federal agency will not be able to accept, for any official purpose, a driver’s license or identification card issued by any state to any person, unless the state is meeting the requirements specified in the REAL ID Act.
Before a REAL ID can be issued, the applicant must provide the following documentation:
1. A photo ID, or a non-photo ID that includes his or her full legal name and birth date
2. Documentation of birth date
3. Documentation of legal status and Social Security number
4. Documentation showing name and principal residence address.
Digital images of each identity document will be stored in each State Department of Motor Vehicles database. And, according to some opponents of REAL ID, this is only the beginning of the information and documentation that the state governments will be required to obtain and to put on the card!
The Department of Homeland Security claims this cannot be construed as a “National ID Card,” because the cards are issued by the states. However, the national READ ID law establishes NATIONAL STANDARDS that the states must adhere to. So, when you hear the rhetoric, it is just that—rhetoric. It’s federal government “double-talk.” Please help us stop this federal intrusion into your privacy right now.
The liberal American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland says: “The law places no limits on potential required uses for Real IDs.” In time, Real IDs could be required to vote, collect a Social Security check, access Medicaid, open a bank account, go to an Orioles game, or buy a gun. The private sector could begin mandating a Real ID to perform countless commercial and financial activities, such as renting a DVD or buying car insurance. Ultimately, just as Social Security Cards were never supposed to be used for ID purposes, Real ID drivers’ license will, very quickly, become de facto national ID cards, which is why people who don’t drive will still need to carry one.
The “machine-readable technology,” as required by REAL ID, would convert state-issued driver licenses and identification cards into TRACKING DEVICES, allowing computers to pinpoint and record people’s whereabouts anytime that they are identified. Under REAL ID, all state drivers’ license databases will be linked. This will allow information in a person’s ID database in any state to be accessible by officials in any other State, or by the federal government.
In 1998 the Clinton Administration tested such a privately-funded card without the consent or knowledge of Congress. Their card was part of a special healthcare program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The program was initated in five western States and entailed giving women with dependent children free healthcare in the pilot project that actually tested the effectiveness of the biometric cards, which electronically monitored the whereabouts of the cardholder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by GPS. The test lasted one year. It was deemed to be a success. Our federal government does have the ability, and the desire, to track the whereabouts of its human capital while they work, when they play, and where they sleep. REAL ID, in other words, is REAL Intrusive.

A heavenly body possibly as large as
the giant planet Jupiter and possibly so close to Earth that it would be part of
this solar system has been found in the direction of the constellation Orion by
an orbiting telescope aboard the U.S. infrared astronomical satellite.
So mysterious is the object that astronomers do not
know if it is a planet, a
giant comet, a nearby “protostar” that never got hot enough to become a
star, a distant galaxy so young that it is still in the process of
forming its first stars or a galaxy so shrouded in dust that none of the light
cast by its stars ever gets through.
“All I can tell you is that we
don’t know what it is,” Dr. Gerry Neugebauer, IRAS chief scientist
for California’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and director of the Palomar
Observatory for the California Institute of Technology, said in an interview.
The most fascinating explanation of this mystery
body, which is so cold it casts no light and has never been seen by optical
telescopes on Earth or in space, is that it is a giant gaseous planet as large
as Jupiter and as close to Earth as 50 billion
miles. While that may seem like a great distance in earthbound terms,
it is a stone’s throw in cosmological terms, so close in fact that it would be
the nearest heavenly body to Earth beyond the outermost planet Pluto.
“If it is really that close, it would be a part of
our solar system,” said Dr. James Houck of Cornell University’s Center for Radio
Physics and Space Research and a member of the IRAS science team. “If it is that
close, I don’t know how the world’s planetary scientists would even begin to
classify it.”
The mystery body was seen
twice by the infrared satellite as it scanned the northern sky from last January to
November, when the satellite ran out of the supercold helium that
allowed its telescope to see the coldest bodies in the heavens. The second
observation took place six months after the first and
suggested the mystery body had not moved from its spot in the sky near the
western edge of the constellation Orion in that time.
“This suggests it’s not a comet because a comet would
not be as large as the one we’ve observed and a comet would probably have
moved,” Houck said. “A planet may have moved if it were
as close as 50 billion miles but it could still be a more distant planet and not
have moved in six months time.”
Whatever it is, Houck said,
the mystery body is so cold its temperature is no more than 40 degrees above
“absolute” zero, which is 456 degrees Fahrenheit below zero. The
telescope aboard IRAS is cooled so low and is so sensitive it can “see” objects
in the heavens that are only 20 degrees above absolute zero.
When IRAS scientists first saw the
mystery body and calculated that it could be as close as 50 billion miles, there
was some speculation that it might be moving toward Earth.
“It’s not incoming mail,” Cal Tech’s Neugebauer said.
“I want to douse that idea with as much cold water as I can.”
Then, what is it? What if it is as large as Jupiter
and so close to the sun it would be part of the solar system? Conceivably, it
could be the 10th planet astronomers have searched for in vain. It also might be a Jupiter-like star that started out to become
a star eons ago but never got hot enough like the sun to become a star.
While they cannot disprove that notion, Neugebauer
and Houck are so bedeviled by it that they do not want to accept it. Neugebauer
and Houck “hope” the mystery body is a distant galaxy either so young that its
stars have not begun to shine or so surrounded by dust that its starlight cannot
penetrate the shroud.
“I believe it’s one of these dark, young galaxies
that we have never been able to observe before,” Neugebauer said.
“If it is, then it is a major step forward in our
understanding of the size of the universe, how the universe formed and how it
continues to form as time goes on.”
The next step in pinpointing what the mystery body
is, Neuegebauer said, is to search for it with the world’s largest optical
telescopes. Already, the 100-inch diameter telescope at Cerro del Tololo in
Chile has begun its search and the 200-inch telescope at Palomar Mountain in
California has earmarked several nights next year to look for it. If the body is
close enough and emits even a hint of light, the Palomar telescope should find
it since the infrared satellite has pinpointed its position.

I am posting this so that family friends and loved ones can have a chance to prepare for times to get worse even if government doesn’t shut down which is very likely it won’t. If we are prepared for the possibility that the government could very well shut down and role play the consequences of such an event, we may just have a good chance of getting through it that much easier.
Many people are theorizing very dark days that lie ahead and that our government is ready to stage a shutdown and head off to hidden locations ( Site 1 Site 2) to brace for any one of the theories below. So the question I ask is…..what is coming, and why are all the signs pointing towards very dark days or a biblical event that could be a world-wide catastrophe. Please don’t discard this warning or even take what I am saying as true or false. Do your own research and then put the pieces together for yourself.
Is all I can say is that with all the prophecies and discussions on the topic of “End Times“, how can we deny that this very well could be the one time in history that we listen and heed the warnings of the ancient civilizations, tribes and the people who are spreading information that governments worldwide may already be aware of and haven’t shared and with good reason. The media satire around us regarding 2012 is amazing. It is suggested that current astronomy points to the possibility that Nibiru is a brown dwarf or dark star rather than a planet. This has the implication that our solar system, like the majority in the known universe, is a binary star system; in other words, Earth has two suns with Nibiru being the second and less bright. The first real pictures of Nibiru were photographed shortly after January 26, 1983. The astronomers calculated at that time that Nibiru was over 50 million miles away from us. - The Hopi prophecy - One of the most fascinating set of prophecies comes out of the Hopi nation located in the Southwestern United States. Many prophecies foretold by the Hopi appear to have come true. Some of these are:

**The above is common among sites discussing the Hopi prophecy so I changed the interpretation based on the time line it was using. My personal view is that the eighth sign of the Hopi is referring to the people of today (2011). In the Ninth and last sign below they refer to a blue star or the blue kachina prophecy. This could be interpreted as a comet or asteroid impact, or even a large solar flare that has a huge impact on our magnetosphere and knocks out our power grids worldwide. The northern lights from this impact could represent “Blue”. We have numerous “comets” around us at the moment that would support a strong possibility. This will cause people to search for answers and realize that the technological chains that bound them are free and in turn seek to reconnect again with nature and their true heritage as a human on earth. Seeking out Indians for wisdom is the most straight forward way western civilization people can achieve this.
I choose to look at the world ending 2012 hype from a scientific point of view as I search and read information on the subject. There are lots of differing explanations regarding the various galactic alignments and their significance. There are many religious viewpoints, predictions, and prophecies that are swirling around the topic, any of which I do not wish to challenge as people have the right to think and decide for themselves, and who am I to say one way or the other…
Looking at the physics of what will be happening during the 2012 time period is curious in that it does present some interesting galactic alignments and perhaps some plausible arguments that things could get interesting, or maybe not.
All galaxies are flat and circular, apparently with very few exceptions. Much of the scientific community apparently believes that the energy source which drives the rotation and shape of each galaxy consists of a “supermassive” black hole which exists in the center. The black hole spins at an incredibly high rate because of its incredible mass, and as it rotates it captures and accelerates debris and forces it all into a swirling disk around it forming the black hole’s “equator”.
I have read some suggestions that the galaxy’s equatorial plane at its very center, consists of a projected gravity plane and therefore will influence objects that pass through it in a particular way (In other words, objects passing through it will be uniquely affected). However a black hole apparently projects a spherical gravitational field, really no different from other objects, with no one plane exhibiting more force than another. This is one of the arguments.
Our galaxy’s galactic plane is easily seen at night away from city lights, and viewed as a dark band slicing lengthwise through the center of the Milky Way itself, although somewhat irregular in appearance. This dark band at the center of the galactic (equatorial) plane is thought to be filled with dust and mass.
Our solar system moves up through the galactic plane and then back down through the galactic plane in reoccurring cycles through time. In fact ancient civilizations like the Mayans evidently based their calendars on this cycle and called the time when we appear to pass through the galactic equinox to be the end of each age. Some believe this brings worldwide devastation while the Earth is sitting on what they call “the dark rift”. There is also some controversy regarding the cycle time of the solar system passing in and out through the galactic plane, and there are some that say we aren’t even close to doing so. I personally haven’t sorted out all of the angles myself yet, so I’m not suggesting either way at the moment.
The implications of the Earth passing through the galactic plane and its controversial gravitational influence is speculative, although ancients have described periods of devastation. My instinct tells me that the strength of this gravitational influence would be very small considering the vast distances involved, but I always try and keep an open mind while gathering more facts.
One might think that the earth-changes that we may be experiencing at the present time are the beginnings of the influences of the very thin band of forces produced along the equatorial plane projected out from the black hole in the center of our galaxy. The band is so thin and concentrated (relatively compared to the massive size of the galaxy itself), that it may only take one or maybe two years to transit through the dense region (I have also read reports of lesser time to transit through – months, rather than a year or two).
If we are truly about to pass through the dense portion of the galactic plane, we conceivably could experience the effects of earth stresses, assuming that the galactic plane forces are strong enough. In addition, our Sun will also be experiencing whatever influence that the plane will have on it. Not only that, but it will coincide with the sunspot cycle which will also be peaking in the approximate 2012 time frame. There may be the potential for extra powerful solar phenomenon including solar flares and filament eruptions.
We are presently experiencing a much higher than average number of earthquakes in several earthquake-magnitude categories, given the same amount of time averaged over the last 10 years or even the last 110 years. The tectonic plates, a thin crustal layer floating on top of an ooze of hot molten rock, are moving and shifting, causing earthquakes and volcanic activity. This is nothing new, however an increase in activity is logically caused by something… or maybe anomalous.
The Earth’s spinning core of molten iron creates our magnetic field and pole, which is now drifting out of position faster and faster. Again, this phenomenon is nothing new, however something is happening now which is speeding up the process. Pole shifts have happened in the past, and will happen again. It is somewhat unclear how fast it can occur and to what extent it will cause disruption.
If the “dark rift”, or the galactic dark band that we are apparently approaching truly contains dust, debris, and objects caught up by the swirling gravitational influence of the galaxy’s central black hole, then we may experience the risk of collisions with such objects, if in fact we transit through debris rather than just the theoretical plane itself. Most of us know that an asteroid, if large enough (several miles wide), has the potential to wipe us out all together. We have managed to map a lot of the larger asteroids within our own solar system, but we have no idea what we will run into if we begin to pass through the galactic plane of our galaxy. Personally, at this moment I believe the biggest 2012 risk is the increased chances of asteroid impact as we traverse through the dark rift debris field.
Having said all that, I am not a scientist or astronomer, simply an Engineer by trade with a curiosity of natural occurring events such as these. These are only my observations or opinions of the moment. No doubt I will be posting on this topic again as I put more of the galactic pieces together…
There are a ton of websites with all sorts of information on the subject, many of which are probably hype while others seem to point out possible truths. Make up your own mind about it, or simply keep an open mind.
If it turns out that we are not actually about to pass through the dark band (dust and debris), or the galactic plane itself, or if the gravitational influence of the galactic plane is not a concentrated energy source as some predict, then good… there are enough other potential disaster scenarios to worry about to keep one’s preparedness plans up to date.
If nothing ‘bad’ happens, I will be thrilled. On the other hand my survival preparedness tendencies will continue to keep me ready as I am able for whatever may come my way.
Hmm does the powers that be see that we have a means to show the corruption of their actions?
